Orders once placed can be cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch. Once your order has been packed or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–6 working days, as per your bank’s policy.
We strive to deliver only the freshest and highest-quality chicken, mutton, fish, eggs, and related products.
Due to the perishable nature of these items, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered, unless there is a clear issue such as damage, spoilage, or incorrect items received.

Refunds are initiated only after the issue has been verified and authorized by our quality assurance team.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 48 hours, and the credited amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 4–6 working days, depending on the bank’s policy.
For customers who opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credits to the customer’s Kukkuta Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on kukkuta.com.
